Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Please note that all our garments are custom-made to order specifically for each customer. As a result, our returns policy is as follows:
- Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your garment has any fault or defect caused by us, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the full cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
- Change of Mind: Because our products are made to order, returns due to change of mind are subject to a return fee. Customers wishing to return items for this reason will be responsible for the return shipping cost plus a handling fee to cover our stock holding and production costs. This fee will be communicated to you at the time of return request.
- Return Process: To return an item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt with your order details and reason for return. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Inspection Upon Receipt: Upon receiving the returned goods, we will inspect the items to verify their condition. If the items meet our return criteria, your return will be processed promptly.
- Refunds: Refunds for faulty items will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. Refunds for change of mind returns will be issued minus the handling fee once the item is received and inspected.
